Sithis worship has fallen on def ears, and the Five Tenets are all but a memory. That is where this comes in. The Brotherhood of Old seeks to restore the Dark Brotherhood to it's former glory by reinstating the Tenets, and bringing order back to the once great guild of assassins.Synopsis: ( SPOILERS, beware.)Astrid is dead, and her band of Sithis defying heathens have went along with her.
A new, but old, sanctuary has been given life. The murder of Emperor Titus Mede II has put the Dark Brotherhood's name back on top of the fear spectrum. There is no better time to set things right.Now that the Night Mother is safe and once again active, the Brotherhood is back in full force, but not without a few problems.
There is but one Sanctuary left standing within all of Tamriel, and only a handful of Assassins at the Brotherhood's grasp. Surely things can not thrive under circumstances this dire.

I'm currently working on a DB mod that so far will be adding a certain branch in the vanilla questline, which shouldn't affect the compatibility with your mod as it hopefully won't have to make changes to the very end of the questline, but I'm also going to be working on a Shadowscale mod (which won't require the player to be Argonian, but will have some benefits if the PC is Argonian) with masoni88, which we currently plan on having the questline start on the death of the.
Very interesting always liked the DB but it Skyrim is severely lacking in depth and that they dont follow the tenets is appauling. Will be keeping an eye on this.Not only that, they also just turned the whole Shadowscale thing into a big joke by having them all mysteriously die out in what probably wasn't even that big of a timeframe.
That's one of the reasons behind the idea of a Shadowscale mod, to follow through with the concept and actually and depict them in a way they should have been, which is the concept of highly skilled Argonian assassins born under the sign of the Shadow and trained from birth to be assassins who begin serving the Kingdom of Argonia until they reach a certain age and are accepted as full members of the DB. Considering how easily every Shadowscale in the series was killed, I would say that the previously mentioned core concept of the Shadowscales never quite made its way into any of those characters in the games. One thing, though. It would be nice to know if the glitch of face part colors, facepaints and the nonexistent head views for Argonians will ever be fixed in a patch.
